R5 Learning Services was built on the foundation of two friends and colleagues who met over 10 years ago while working together as police officers.
Both Anoushka and Ed have witnessed and experienced the strains of working in a high-pressure environment combined with personal life challenges. They found there was a clear lack of understanding and genuine support for those who were experiencing these challenges or in crisis.
Our team draws on their combined 40+ years of experience working within policing, forensic science, armed forces, project management, training, and mental health services to provide high-quality training packages or public speaking to individuals and organisations.
R5 Learning Services deliverables are tailored and presented to staff, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders within emergency services, corporate businesses, and other public services.
We are passionate about empowering others through their knowledge and expertise, including sharing details from their own experiences to educate, increase awareness, reduce stigma, and help improve the mental health and well-being of those impacted by high-pressure work environments.
To offer employee mental health support to empower individuals and organisations to build resilience and well-being whilst addressing challenging issues around mental health including subjects such as trauma and suicide whilst working in a high-pressure environment.
Along with helping individuals, through our learning services, we strive to assist organisations in making cost savings by reducing staff sickness levels and attrition rates caused by mental health-related illnesses.
